+ Basic Finishing: This includes adding trims, buttons, zippers, and other basic components as per the design specifications provided by the client.
Components Not Included:
+ Materials: Clients must provide all fabrics, trims, buttons, zippers, labels, and any other materials required for the garment.
+ Design Services: The service does not include any design work. Clients must supply complete design specifications and patterns.
+ Pattern Making: We do not create or alter patterns. Clients need to provide finalised patterns ready for production.
+ Quality Control Beyond Construction: While we ensure the garments are constructed as per the provided specifications, any material defects or design flaws are the client's responsibility.

+ Brands with Their Own Materials and Designs: This service is ideal for brands that have sourced their own materials and developed their own designs but require a reliable facility to handle the actual garment production process.

Client Responsibilities:
+ Supplying Materials: Clients must ensure all materials are delivered to our facility before production begins.
+ Providing Accurate Patterns and Specifications: Detailed patterns and clear specifications must be provided to avoid any delays or inaccuracies.
+ Pattern Requirements: We do not accept hand-made patterns. All patterns must be professionally created. Additionally, we do not accept patterns downloaded from online sources due to potential inaccuracies.
+ Ensuring Material Quality: Clients should verify that all materials are free of defects before sending them to us.
Process Overview:
Material Receipt:
+ Initial Check: Upon receiving the materials, we will count and check them against the provided list to ensure everything required for production is available.
+ Incomplete Materials: If the materials received are incomplete or missing, we will notify the client immediately.
+ Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to provide any missing materials. Production will not begin until all necessary materials are received.
+ Delays: Any delay in providing the complete set of materials will result in a corresponding delay in the production timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete material provision.
+ Resolution: To fix any issues with incomplete materials, the client must send the missing items as soon as possible. We will resume production once all materials are received.
Cutting: The fabric is cut according to the patterns provided.
Assembly: The cut pieces are sewn together to construct the garment.
Finishing: The garment is finished with necessary trims and details as per the client's specifications.
Quality Check: A final check is conducted to ensure the garment construction meets the specified requirements.
Additional Note.According to our terms of service, we request that for every meter of fabric needed, an additional 0.5 meters be sent to cover any potential miscalculations by the client. Additionally, for pieces cut on the bias, for every meter required, an additional 1 meter should be sent due to the higher fabric consumption of this technique. Any extra fabric will be sent back. This is to ensure we are not short of materials, and we will always strive to use as little fabric as possible.
